Where do you deliver and what are the delivery costs and times?

Destinations, Times & Costs

You will be able to choose from the carriers and delivery options available for your country in the checkout page. Shipping costs are degressive, which means that the higher the value of your order, the lower the cost. You can also consult the available destinations, times and costs in the “Shipping Cost & Delivery Time” tab on every product page. Furthermore, this information will be provided in the email confirmation of your order.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday except during public holidays. Orders received before 22:00 CET will be prepared and handed over to the carrier the same day. At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your parcel number, as well as your track and trace link. Please note that the estimated delivery time is effective as soon as the products are in stock.

Order tracking

As well as within your email confirmation, you will be able to track your order in your Modelo Mondo account the “My Orders” section within your account.

Parcel pick-up at the warehouse

It is possible to come in person to pick up your package at our warehouse. However, an appointment must be made so that the warehouse staff can prepare your order, welcome you and hand it over to you. Please contact us so we can schedule such an appointment. Once we have agreed a date / time, you can pick up your package at the following address:
