How do I modify my order, add or remove articles ?

Automated ordering process

The ordering process is fully automated. When you place an order and once the payment is received, your order will automatically be validated and a shipment order will be communicated to our warehouse. Your parcel will be prepared and handed over to the transporter automatically. Transporters come to pick up parcels at various times and sometimes several times a day at our warehouse.

The time between the validation of your order and the shipment of your parcel can be very short, depending on the exact moment when your order was placed. So it is not always possible to change your order before its shipment.

Order not shipped yet

If your parcel has not been shipped yet, we may be able to modify your order before shipping. In such case, we invite you to contact us rapidly preferably by phone (+31 20 470 44 22 from Monday to Fridays between 9:00 - 17:00 CET), so that we can hold your order before shipping and proceed to the changes you want.

Order already shipped

In the event that your parcel has been shipped already or that it could not be retained in time, you will always the possibility to return undesired articles within 14 days and to place a new order with the additional desired articles.
