I have a problem with my discount/ coupon code

I cannot find where to enter my discount/coupon code

You can enter your discount/coupon  code in the check-out page. Under your order summary, on the right side of the page, you can enter and apply your discount/coupon code. When your coupon code is applied, a notification will be displayed on the screen and you will see your order amount changed. 

My discount/coupon code did not work

For a coupon code to be successfully applied, there are a couple of rules to comply with: 

- Control the coupon case, verify caps letters, small letters, ciphers, special characters. All coupon characters must be literally identical to the code that you received. Caps and small letters are not interchangeable

- There should not be any spaces entered when you fill in your coupon code

- Some coupons only work when you are logged into your customer account, please log in and try again

- Some coupons only work above a special order amount, please verify your order amount and the coupon rules

- Some coupons have an expiry date, please verify the coupon rules

- Most coupons have a single use, if you have used your coupon already with a previous order, the coupon will have expired automatically and cannot be used anymore.

I did not receive my discount/coupon code

The email notification can have landed in your spam filter, please verify your spam filter.

Temporary promotional codes displayed in pop-up windows

These promotional codes are not displayed each time you visit the site. They are displayed temporarily in pop-up windows that you can close quickly or that close automatically after a few seconds. If you have not had the time to write down the code, you can try again the next day. Alternatively, if you delete the cookies in your computer's browser, the promotional message should be displayed again on your next visit to the site.
