My payment failed or was declined
The payment transaction failed or was declined
It can happen that a payment transaction fails, is aborted or cannot be completed timely between the payment systems: from the payment providers to the credit card companies or to the banks. It can also happen that your bank or payment provider will decline the payment. In such case, we invite you to contact them to understand why the payment was rejected.
Order cancelled
When the payment transaction can't be finalised, the ordering system will not be able to validate the order. In such cases, the order will be automatically cancelled and no payment transaction will be processed anymore for this order. These orders will receive a "cancelled" status.
If the transaction was aborted for technical reasons or because the payment transaction was taking to long, we invite you to start a new order with a new payment transaction.
